The short version
AgentMatch exists because creators were tired of handing their rates to strangers. So the rule we built the product around: your rates and your terms are never shown to brands. Brands see whether an offer fits — never the number it had to clear.
What we collect
When you join: your email address, your Instagram handle, and optionally a follower range and the topics you post about. If you arrived from a campaign link we record which one.
Your terms: the floor rates you set, the categories you refuse, your preferred collaboration style, and your availability. This is the most sensitive data we hold and it is restricted at the database level to your account alone.
If you connect Instagram: with your explicit permission we read your username, follower count, profile picture, your media and its captions, and aggregate audience insights — age bands, gender split, top cities, how much of your reach comes from people who don't follow you, and which formats perform. These are aggregate statistics about your audience. We never receive your followers' names, contact details, or individual identities, because Instagram does not expose them.
Automatically: basic request data such as your browser user agent, and anonymous events recording how far through signup you got.
What we do with it
We build a private profile of your reach and audience, and match it against briefs brands submit. When a brand's offer clears the terms you set, it reaches your inbox. When it doesn't, it is declined before you ever see it — that is the entire point of the product.
We use your email to send your sign-in link and to notify you about offers. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
What brands can see
Brands see your handle, follower count, aggregate audience statistics, your best-performing public posts, and a fit score. They see a yes/no signal on whether their budget clears your floor.
Brands never see: your exact rates, your floor amounts, which categories you blocked, your email address, or any offer you declined.
How long we keep it
Instagram only retains audience metrics for about 90 days. We keep dated snapshots for longer so you can see your own trend over time — often further back than Instagram itself will show you. You can delete these at any time.
If you delete your account we remove your profile, your terms, and your Instagram data within 30 days, excluding anything we are legally required to retain.
Deleting your data
You can disconnect Instagram from your settings at any time, which erases your audience insights and snapshots immediately.
You can also revoke AgentMatch from Instagram's Apps and Websites settings. Instagram then notifies us and we delete the associated data automatically. You will receive a confirmation code and a status page you can check.
To delete everything, email privacy@agentmatch.in and we will action it within 30 days.
Third parties
We use Supabase for database and authentication, Vercel for hosting, and Meta's Instagram Platform for the data you authorise. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. Email privacy@agentmatch.in and we will respond within 30 days.
