Terms of Service

The short version

AgentMatch introduces creators to brands. Your rates stay private, you decide what reaches you, and it's free. We are not a party to any deal you strike with a brand — when you accept an offer, that agreement is between you and them.

Who can use AgentMatch

You must be at least 18, able to enter a contract, and the genuine owner of the Instagram account you connect. One AgentMatch account per Instagram account.

Connecting Instagram requires a Creator or Business account. We use Instagram's official API and your explicit permission — never scraping, and never asking for your Instagram password.

What we do

We build a private profile from what you tell us and, with your permission, from Instagram's API. We match it against briefs brands submit, and we screen incoming offers against the terms you set. Offers that fail your terms are declined before you see them.

We do not guarantee that you will receive any offers, or that any offer will reach a particular value. Match quality depends on which brands are looking and what they are looking for. AgentMatch is not a job board, an employment agency, or a source of guaranteed income.

Your terms and your rates

You set your floor rates, the categories you refuse, and your availability. We use them to screen offers. Brands never see the numbers — only whether their budget clears.

The terms you set are instructions to our matching, not a binding price list. You are free to accept, negotiate, or decline anything that reaches you, for any reason.

Deals with brands are yours

If you accept an offer, the resulting agreement is between you and that brand. AgentMatch is not a party to it, does not take a commission from it, and does not currently process payments.

That means we cannot guarantee a brand will pay you, ship a product, or honour what they promised — and we are not liable if they don't. Do your own diligence before committing, and keep your own record of what was agreed.

You are responsible for complying with advertising law and platform rules where you live — including disclosing paid partnerships. In India that means following the ASCI influencer guidelines; elsewhere the equivalent applies.

Your content stays yours

You own everything you create. AgentMatch claims no rights over your posts and grants no rights over them to brands. Any content licence is something you negotiate directly with a brand.

You do give us permission to display your public profile information, aggregate audience statistics, and links to your public posts to brands using AgentMatch, for the purpose of matching. You can withdraw that by disconnecting Instagram or deleting your account.

Things you agree not to do

Don't misrepresent your audience or buy followers or engagement. Don't connect an account you don't own. Don't use AgentMatch to send spam, harass anyone, or break Instagram's terms. Don't attempt to access other creators' private terms or rates, or to scrape, probe, or overload the service.

We may suspend or close an account that does any of these, or that puts other creators or brands at risk.

Availability and changes

AgentMatch is early software offered free of charge, and is provided as is. It may be unavailable, may change, and may lose features. We'll tell you about material changes to these terms by email or in the product before they take effect.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income or lost brand deals. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You can stop using AgentMatch at any time. Disconnect Instagram from your profile to remove your audience data, or email privacy@agentmatch.in to delete your account entirely. We action deletions within 30 days.

We may close an account that breaks these terms. If we close yours, we'll tell you why unless we're legally prevented from doing so.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of [city]. Questions: hello@agentmatch.in.
